General Booking Terms & Conditions
   
1.FARES

All fares quoted are subject to reconfirmation at the time of reservation. Fares are subject to change without notice and can only be guaranteed when fully paid and TICKETED. Acceptance of deposit does not necessarily guarantee fare.

 
       
2.RESERVATIONS AND OPTIONS

Payment of deposits/ balances is required within the option dates given. Failure to keep within in time limits may incur penalties or result in cancellation of bookings.

 
       
3.DEPOSITS AND BALANCES

A non-refundable deposit of minimum ?0 per person is required upon reservation. Full payment must be made and tickets must be issued within 6 weeks prior to departure date or AS SPECIFIED BY AIRLINES (or class of booking). Booking made within 30 days before departure date require full payment at the time of booking. Some airlines fare conditions may require immediate payment and ticketing. Payment made by Credit Cards will be subjected to a surcharged of the total of the credit card transaction. Visa Access, Eurocard and Master surcharge of 2%. American Express surcharge of 3%.

 
       
4.AMENDMENTS

Deposits are non-refundable or transferable: (Alternation to Arrangement by Clients) If, after acceptance of the booking, the customer alters the confirmed arrangements, an amendment fee of ?0 per person plus any communication charges may be changed. If major alternation is required, the booking may be treated as a cancellation of which cancellation charge may also apply. (Alternation / Cancellation by the Company)

We reserve the right to cancel or alter holiday arrangements at any time up to and including departure date due to unforeseen or circumstance of having due regard to the interests of the clients. Full refund of all monies will be made in the event of cancellation. Where a materialised alternation is made, client will have an option to cancel the booking/ tour and obtain full refund. Alternation / cancellation will be notified to clients without delays.

 
       
5.CANCELLATIONS

Deposit are non-refundable or transferable: Clients who make cancellation on any confirmed booking will be liable for the following cancellation charges based on the time when receive the notice of cancellation. a) More than 30 days BEFORE TICKETING prior to departure date / tour departure date ?deposits forfeited. b) AFTER TICKETING, Airlines cancellation charge plus administration fee applied. c) AFTER TICKETING, if cancel 3 days or less prior to departure date ?100% of total costs.

 
       
6.No SHOW

No refunds. If you didn't show up in the airport before the departure date, there will be no refund.

 
       
7.RECONFIRMATION

It is important that return reservations are reconfirmed with the airline at the destination after arrival and at least 3-5 days before departure. Failure to do may result in cancellation of you reservation. Check in time usually 3-4 hours before departure but please clarify locally.

 
       
8.DOMESTIC & / OR ONWARD FLIGHTS ON OTHER CARRIES

Please note we will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused due to re-schedule or cancellation of onward flight booking (on other carriers). Passengers must reconfirm their domestic or onward travel arrangements prior to or immediately on arrival with the domestic / onward a airline in the country of destination.

 
       
9.FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be responsible for the non performances of any part of the itinerary through causes beyond are control.

 
       
10.PASSPORT/VISA

All clients are themselves responsible for ensuring that they have valid passport applicable visa and for all sectors of the journeys. Clients who were rejected by the local immigration for any reason cannot claim refund or endorsement.

 
       
11.TRAVEL INSURANCE

We consider adequate travel insurance essential. Details are available upon request only.
