Do we share your information with other companies? |

| A. We will pass your name(s) on to airlines, hotels or resorts and our company in order to arrange and confirm your booking. We do not share any further information with any other companies. | ||
Q3.What information do we collect and how do we use it? |

| When you submit a holiday enquiry to us by email, we ask you to provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number as well as the names and ages of anyone travelling with you. We use this information to complete your booking or to contact you prior to completing your booking. | ||

Q5. What information do I need to provide when I am booking? |

| A. We need correctly passenger detail when you book flight ticket, as below:
1. Name (as same as passport).
2. Male or Female (Mr. Mrs, or Miss).
3. If you are a student, we need your passport copy and date of birth, sometime also need ISIC student card copy.
4. Departure date and return date.
5. Airline of you’re perfect or any company.
6. Class ( economic / business / first class).
7. Contact telephone/ mobile/ e-mail.

Q6. How could I pay after booking? |

| A. We accept cash / credit card / debit card / cheque. E.g. Cheque- we need one week to clear then can issue ticket to you.
Credit Card- Bank charges a 2% surcharge for every transaction fee.
Debit Card- directly to transfer your money, no more charge.
If you pay by credit card, we need some detail as below: 1. Name of card hold.
2. Type of card (e.g. visa, mastercard, solo. Visa delta or switch)
3. Card number.
4. Expiry date and issue date and issue number.
5. Security Code.
6. Address for receive flight ticket.

Q7. How to take flight ticket? |

| A. You can come to our office by yourself.

Q8. How long can I receive my flight ticket by post? |
||
| A. After fully paid, we can issue your ticket as soon as possible. Normally, we use 1st class (if your ticket is E-ticket), then ticket will reach you within 3 days. Otherwise, if your ticket is paper ticket, you may pay more 5 pounds for special delivery, guaranteed next day delivery before 12pm. | ||
Q9. Does the price on the website includes airport tax? |

| A. No. Because airport taxes need to be added to the fares listed. The airport taxes may vary depend on the airports used and the exchange rate on the ticketing date. | ||
Q10. What is the refund/cancellation/date change policy? |

| A. It depends on the airline and booking class. Most special offers are restricted to some limitation. Please contact us for more detail. | ||
Q11. Do you sell tickets departing from China/ Hong Kong to UK? |

Q12. Do you provide a visa application service? |

| A. Unfortunately we are not able to provide personal visa application service, if you join the group package holiday; we are able to provide this service. Also, we do China Visa application service. | ||
Q13. Why do the fares change? |

| A. The airlines reserve the right to make changes to fares and flight schedules. We will try our best to update the newest change. | ||
Q14. How often do you update the website? |
||
| A. We update the website frequently for the newest fares and offers. Please let us know if there is any question and comment. | ||
Q15. Why are your telephone lines always engaged |

| A. 1. While we do our utmost to ensure that we provide a complete and efficient service to you, the customer, we do have limited staff and sometimes our lines can become jammed, especially during particularly busy periods. We can only apologise and ask that, if you have any urgent matter, please contact us email or fax.
